I am upset that I cannot hear the pronunciation

I bought the premium version thinking it would allow me to hear the pronunciation of the Spanish words but unfortunately that never happened. I just get silence when the word is highlighted. I checked my settings to make sure everything was accurate. I sent them an email and got a useless response. What a waste of money.
